Care instructions:

Cold gentle machine/hand wash, with similar colours.

Line dry on reverse.

Do not soak or bleach.

Do not tumble dry.

Warm iron.

Do not iron prints or embellishments.

Do not dry clean.

Made in Australia.

 

Sizing, Colour & Time-frames:

Item sizing is currently only 0000-5, depending on the item being purchased.

Please message us for discussion on alternative sizing requests.

Slight colour variations may occur due to computer settings.

We try to take as 'true to colour' images as possible but it cannot always be guaranteed.

 

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE IS ANY AVA-LOU BOUTIQUE CLOTHING TO BE WORN AS SLEEPWEAR!

Laybys will no longer be accepted, but we do now offer Afterpay as an alternative.

 

Afterpay requires 4 fortnightly payments, but you will still receive your order in the 2-3 week turnaround.

 

NO items will be prepared until full payment has been made.

Payment to be made within 48 hours unless discussed otherwise.

 

Refunds, Returns & Cancellation Policy:

If you have any issues with an Ava-Lou Boutique product, please contact us within 28 days so we may offer a refund or replacement.

Our refund policy only covers faulty items.

We do not refund or replace due to incorrect sizing ordered, change of mind, and wrongful use or washing.

If it is discovered that the garment was wrongfully used or washed there will be no replacement or refund given.

All postage expenses in these circumstances are not our responsibility (returning to item to us, us returning it to you).

We do not refund for wrong colour due to computer settings, but we are willing to exchange for the exact item.

As above, all postage expenses are your responsibility.

Custom orders cannot be returned due to change of mind.

Please remember that all items are lovingly handmade by us two mummas.

This means there will be no two items exactly the same and there will occasionally be slight imperfections.

If you believe the item is not as described, please contact us and we will endeavour to remedy the issue.

 

Paypal & Postage:

Please ensure your PayPal address is correct.

By law, PayPal will not cover the item if sent to a different address then stated, therefore we can only post to the address supplied on your PayPal account.

If mail is lost due to this, we do not take responsibility.

We do not take responsibility for any packages lost through Australia Post.

If registered post is signed for, but you did not receive your package, we are not able to send another one.

Posting days for Ava-Lou Boutique are Wednesdays and Saturdays.

Postage is not included in item prices.

We now offer flat rate shipping of $9.95 within Australia - this covers up to a 3kg regular post satchel.

Signature on delivery is available for an extra $3.

Once posted, you will receive your tracking number.

We do offer international posting, so please message us to discuss.
